Great Start to 2007 Classic and Mild Fantasy Start for Me
Man there was a ton of fish caught today and many a nice bags. Boyd Duckett was a stud today and a fantasy steal. You would have to be a great Bass Fishing Mind to put him on your team.... Boy am I glad I did not swap out Duckett for Remitz like I almost did, phew....
All in all, I thought all the Classic Coverage was very solid!

Gerald Swindle Disqualified From Classic - February 24, 2007, posted at 3:20 PM
Trip Weldon just had a press conference here at the Classic announcing that Gerald Swindle's day 2 catch has been disqualified due to "unsafe boating" and some other infractions. We'll have a story here in a few minutes with quotes from Swindle's wife just taken moments ago. Stay tuned.

No excuse for it. A little more courtesy is needed by some anglers and some of the stupid onlookers. I have seen stuff like that on the water by people who have a clue,and mostly by people who don't have a clue on how to drive a boat. Spending an extra minute idling through everybody and he might have won the classic. What a waste. Stupidhead.

Sure was a waste, looks like he would have had about 28lbs total, which would have probably put him in the Top 6 and definitely would have been in the hunt tomorrow, but I will say he was very professional about it on stage and I admire that portion.
BP - not a complete waste on Fantasy but major kill on Super 6

Tough break for fantasy, I feel your pain. I lost Van Dam to a full tournament DQ last year. At least Swindle will be worth some points and may not come in 50th place. Still it's a fantasy buzzkill.
